How settlement works. After the reveal phase, anyone (the keeper in practice) settles inside a —-minute window at the Chainlink ETH/USD ÷ USDG/USD level of that block. Buys with limit ≥ P and sells with limit ≤ P cross pro rata; rounding dust stays with the treasury. If the feeds are stale, USDG leaves its band, or the window is missed, the batch aborts and every escrow is refundable.
