Capital in Orbit.

Put capital in motion.

Trade global indices, supply liquidity, and automate capital routes from one connected terminal.

01 · Module

Orbit Vault

Liquidity enters, shares are issued.

An ERC-4626 vault over USDG. Depositors take the other side of every index position: fees, funding and trader losses accrue to the vault; trader profits are paid from it. NAV is marked at valid levels and withdrawals never reach reserved backing.

02 · Module

Global Index Perpetuals

A position opens against available backing.

Isolated-margin synthetic exposure to 34 global equity benchmarks. Requests execute at the first oracle level observed after them, only while the session is open; the maximum payout is reserved before exposure exists.

03 · Module

Sealed Order Crossing

Commitments enter a batch; eligible orders settle.

WETH/USDG orders are committed as hashes with escrow, revealed after the commit phase and crossed pro rata at the Chainlink price inside a fixed window. Sealed until reveal, never anonymous.

04 · Module

Adaptive Liquidity Ladders

Rungs widen as volatility rises.

User-owned ladders of bids and asks around a reference price. Owners keep withdrawal rights at all times; an operator may only re-centre within bounds and cooldowns. Fills are checked against the oracle.

05 · Module

Launchpad with fee routes

Collected fees move into the selected route.

Fixed-supply tokens paired on Uniswap v3 with a locked full-range position. LP fees split on chain between the creator and a programmable route; buyback & burn is live, other routes stay unavailable until their execution path exists.

Product overview

Five modules, one settlement asset, one vault behind the market.

Orbit Vault

The other side of every trade, accounted for.

Depositors supply USDG and receive vault shares. The vault earns trading fees, funding and trader losses and pays trader profits. Because it backs open positions, four numbers are tracked separately and shown on every screen.

Returns are not guaranteed. Trader profits reduce the value of every share; liquidations that leave bad debt are absorbed by the vault.

Gross assetsEverything the vault accounts for: deposits, income, minus payouts and withdrawals. Direct token transfers are ignored until an owner skim, so a donation cannot move the share price.
Trader claimsUnrealized trader profit (incl. funding) at valid oracle levels. Deducted from NAV; unrealized trader losses are not credited until realized.
Reserved backingThe capped maximum payout of every open position, reserved when it opens. Part of NAV, never withdrawable.
Withdrawablegross − claims − reserved. Zero while any market with open interest cannot be valued (stale or halted feed), or under an emergency hold.

Global markets

34 benchmarks. Enabled one by one, only with verified data.

See live market status

Synthetic index exposure, not ownership of stocks or ETFs. A market becomes tradable only after the publisher has verified provider coverage, its session calendar is known, and the vault holds enough backing. Session windows below are the exchanges' regular hours; the oracle carries the provider's live session flag.

  • Least privilege. The publisher key only signs; the keeper key only pays gas for permissionless jobs; the vault engine is fixed once.
  • No fabricated prices. A missing or implausible print is an unavailable state; trading pauses, valuation holds.
  • Reproducible. Anvil, a throwaway Uniswap v3, fixture feeds and a fixture publisher run the whole flow locally; tests cover accounting, oracle rules, settlement and locks.
